“Peter therefore went out, and the other disciple, and were going to the tomb. So they both ran together, and the other disciple outran Peter and came to the tomb first.” (John 20:3-4)
What can we see in these verses? John, the beloved disciple outrunning Peter to the tomb, hmmm??? Love always outruns curiosity! Some are just curious about Jesus, and it’s not until they grasp the reality of His first love for them that they will begin to reciprocate real love back to Him!
“There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love. We love Him because He first loved us.” (1 John 4:18-19)
You must settle to become one who is passionate to personally encounter Jesus’ love and power towards you!!!
