“When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.” (Acts 2:1-4)
Our local area and many places across the central and Midwest states has been encountering some very violent spring storms. Many high winds and tornadic activity. As I was walking and praying the Lord said “even the rocks will cry out”. I began to ask for understanding and He showed me what’s being seen in the natural is due to something happening in the Spirit.
There have been many things through history that align with the Lords feasts and we are soon approaching Pentecost. There’s a MIGHTY Wind that is longing to fill the sails of Gods people. I saw some whose masts are not up (no expectancy), other sails had holes in them (need mending).
The Holy Spirit then began to speak to me about the 10 day test that was given to the disciples prior to the initial outpouring of the Spirit. They were told to tarry in Jerusalem until the Promised Holy Spirit came upon them (Luke 24:49)! The evening of June 1 will begin this same 10 day time before we come to Pentecost on 6/11.
I was shown two groups of people, some have been seeking to be clothed in power, others have been praying for a fresh filling, so I see an Acts 2 and Acts 4 moment for those who will partner in fasting, prayer, and one accord through this 10 day period!
Beloved, just like Jesus revealed Himself to 500 (1 Cor. 15:6) after He resurrected only 120 (Acts 1:15) partnered in the Upperroom. That’s roughy 25%… Not all will choose to partner, but for those who do with an expectancy the Lord is going to move mightily!!!
Beloved, raise your mast, mend your sails, partner in prayer and fasting, and let the Wind fill your sails as you move into this next season!!!
