1 Thessalonians‬ ‭4:3-8‬ ‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬‬“For this is the will of God, your sanctification: that you should abstain from sexual immorality; that each of you should know how to possess his own vessel in sanctification and honor, not in passion of lust, like the Gentiles who do not know God; that no one should take advantage of and defraud his brother in this matter, because the Lord is the avenger of all such, as we also forewarned you and testified. Water Baptism

We must understand that the Holy Ghost has different functions in the Scripture. There is the convicting the world of sin (John 16:8), the revealing and equipping function (Isaiah 61:1-2, Luke 4:18-19, John 14:26; 16:13) and the saving function of the Holy Ghost (Matthew 28:19, Mark 16:16, Titus 3:4-7). Sow with a view to righteousness, Reap in accordance with kindness; Break up your fallow...

The truth is what must be seen is personal change and transformation, not just remorse, regret, and sorrow. What does it actually mean to repent? The word repent is a very important word found all throughout scripture. The first instances where this word is used in the New Testament are in Matthew...

Genesis 1:1 to Revelation 22:21: Let’s look at the letter that the Word of God begins and ends with to see if we can see anything significant.  Genesis 1:1 says, “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.” We must look to the original Hebrew text to see what the first letter used is. Below is the verse in Hebrew: בְּרֵאשִׁית בָּרָא אֱלֹהִים אֵת הַשָּׁמַיִם וְאֵת הָאָרֶץ׃ The first letter is בְּ which is the second letter of the Hebrew alphabet called “Bet” Now let's look at the last word in scripture. The last verse is Revelation 22:21...
