The Breastplate of Righteousness

Posted by Iron Sharp on

Ephesians 6:14 (TPT)“...Put on holiness as the protective armor that covers your heart.”Our righteousness in Christ isn’t only viable as a weapon of defense, but should also be used as a mighty offensive weapon to recover lost territory from the enemy! The more you armor up with the breastplate and carry yourself daily fully aware of your righteousness in Christ, the brighter your light shines, LEDs in fact! The word “devil” is the Greek word “diabalos” and shows one that strikes over and over and over until he is able to break into the mind with evil and false lies... because...

The Belt of Truth

Ephesians 6:14 (TPT)“Put on truth as a belt to strengthen you to stand in triumph…” God has not left us naked before the enemy; He has provided us with spiritual weaponry that has the ability to not only stand against but defeat any scheme that the devil would try to use against us. Likewise as it was also in the days of Lot: They ate, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they built; but on the day...

Did the Father Forsake the Son?

‭‭Matthew‬ ‭27‬:‭46‬ ‭(NKJV‬)“And about the ninth hour Jesus cried out with a loud voice, saying, “Eli, Eli, lama sabachthani?” that is, “My God, My God, why have You forsaken Me?”” This passage of scripture in Matthew 27 has been debated for over 2,000 years and everyone seems to have their own idea as to what Jesus means when He said “Eli Eli Lama Sabachthani.” This is the only phrase in the New Testament I have found that has not been translated from the language Jesus originally spoke it. We must understand how those surrounding Jesus on the Cross would have...
